The NSW Government has committed $700 million to build a new Rouse Hill Hospital on the corner of Commercial and Windsor roads, to deliver a range of health services centred around the needs of the patient.

Western Sydney Local Health District has worked with a number of stakeholders to develop a Clinical Services Plan that reflects a hospital of the future, hard wiring innovations in health care delivery, sustainability and digital healthcare.

Extensive research and consultation has been undertaken to ensure the hospital has a patient-centred design, that can deliver a facility that is focused on the patient journey - from care in the home, through to acute care in a hospital ward.

Detailed construction timeframes will be confirmed following further planning and design with health professionals and the community, and after a main works builder is appointed.
